Cancellations with customer account
To cancel your order, log in to your customer account and go to “Orders”. Select the desired order and click on “Cancel order”. If the order can be canceled, you will receive the message “Cancellation successful”. The amount will be refunded within 1-3 working days. If “Cancellation failed”, the order has already been processed. You can then submit a return in the returns portal or refuse delivery. If you refuse your order, please let us know so that we can take care of the refund.
Cancellations without a customer account
If you do not have a customer account, please contact us via the request form and provide all details to your order.
